Customer Service/Rollout Specialist

National Vending has an immediate opening for a Customer Service/Rollout Specialist. Successful candidate will coordinate new vending installations and transitions, perform quality control surveys, maintain system integrity, handle escalated customer service requests, resolve concerns for clients and vendors, assist in collection of vendor commissions and assist with new client proposals.

Successful candidate will execute the full sales cycle from researching, prospecting, relationship building, opportunity identification, pursuit, closure, contract negotiation, client onboarding and ongoing account maintenance. Key directives include: managing and developing operational relationships for assigned clients and taking responsibility to drive service delivery and client satisfaction through phone calls, email and in-person visits. Position requires travel to client and prospective account locations across the U.S., up to 50% of the time.

Responsibilities include row crop and cattle operations. Must have or be able to obtain a CDL and sprayer certifications. Duties also include assisting with other farm and property operations as needed. Farm location borders West Des Moines suburbs.

Lawn/Groundskeeper
(Temporary position)

The Wittern Group, a leading manufacturer of vending machines, has an immediate opening for a temporary/part-time Lawn/Groundskeeper. Responsibilities will include: maintaining company grounds; handling debris; landscaping (including weeding and cleanup); assisting in the cleanliness and professional appearance of all common areas and amenities as needed. Maintenance standards include awareness of physical conditions of company related properties and applying corrective actions. Operation of lawn mower/landscaping equipment as needed. This is a temporary, full-time position until late Fall 2017 and has the potential to become a permanent position upon review.

Qualified candidates will have previous grounds keeping or landscaping experience. Must be mechanically inclined and able to work as part of a team and independently on projects. Demonstrated customer service skills and professionalism in working with all employees, vendors and guests. Position requires availability to work any shift as needed, including weekends and evenings, and report to work in emergency situations. Observation of all safety and sanitation rules when performing job duties is mandatory. Good written and verbal communication skills required. Must possess a valid and current driver’s license. Candidate will be able to multi-task in a fast paced environment and possess the ability to complete tasks on a timely basis and follow directions. In addition to grounds keeping, this position will work along with housekeeping, maintenance, mowing crew and farm staff as needed.

Quality Engineer Intern
(Summer 2017)

The Wittern Group, the world’s largest manufacturer of automated dispensing equipment for the food service, medical, MRO and PPE markets, has an immediate opening for a Quality Engineer Intern. This position will be responsible for providing support and assistance in investigation and documentation of corrective actions, perform time studies of production and/or inspection operations, documentation of production and inspection work activities and other projects as assigned.

Preferred candidates will be actively pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field. Position requires excellent presentation skills and ability to communicate and build relationships and credibility at all levels of the organization. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications and ability to use gages (calipers, micrometers, testing equipment). Effective verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills required. Knowledgeable in MS Office programs. Must be able to multi-task in a fast paced environment and be service oriented with proven professionalism and a positive attitude. Distribution/Customer Support Manager

The Wittern Group, the world’s largest manufacturer of automated dispensing equipment for the food service, medical, MRO and PPE markets, has an immediate opening for a Distribution/Customer Support Manager. Responsibilities include: managing and facilitating all customer related issues of finished goods, coordinating documents and information control for customized orders, validating accuracy of orders/shipments to customers, maintenance of shipping information, managing key customer accounts, accountable for inventory and distribution reports. Knowledge of shipping controls, customer service, and data management as related to orders, receiving, transfers and adjustments required. Position also responsible for the daily maintenance of the production schedule in a MRP based system and daily input into system for information pertaining to customer orders.

Qualified candidates must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, be computer literate (MS Word, Excel), and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, self-motivated, detail oriented and a team player. Technical Service Representative

The Wittern Group, the world’s largest manufacturer of automated dispensing equipment for the food service, medical, MRO and PPE markets has an immediate opening for a Technical Service Representative in our VendNet service department.

Responsibilities include: entering parts orders, handling inbound/outbound service calls, making service calls and repairing machines in a local travel area. Duties also include: coordinating and teaching service training/schools on equipment, recordkeeping, and assisting with special projects as needed. Prior experience in repair/technical service call centers preferred.

Minimum of 2 years practical experience with Wittern Group vending equipment or similar OEM vending or dispensing electro-mechanical equipment preferred. Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel and Word products and the ability to learn new software programs.

Qualified candidates must demonstrate a mechanical/electronic aptitude and computer operation experience. Exceptional customer service skills and ability to utilize written, verbal and interpersonal communication. Knowledgeable in MS Office programs. Must be able to multi-task in a fast paced environment and be service oriented with proven professionalism.
